I'm the MSP Finance Guy. I help MSP owners work out which clients are actually profitable, fix the gap between their PSA and their accounting system, and stop leaving money on the table at invoicing time or when contracts are up for renegotiation.

I've been in the MSP space for over 21 years. I've run one, worked in a few, and consulted to a lot of them.
